And like I said, the odds that billions of people are gonna come storming in looking for refuge are... slim.

I'm also not saying we can just open up our borders and let as many people as want to come, come. I'm saying that Canada has a lot of land and a lot of resources. If we wanted to rapidly grow our population, we could do it.
