are these the easily obtainable jobs people have been asking you for to back up an incorrect point you made in 1979 or are these different jobs? |

Yes, he put the glasses on shortly after. Doesn't change the fact that he tried to look direct at the sun without them.

It needs to just be shut down, so he can go make his own, and we never have to comment in it. |

Very interesting stuff. It's amazing how you can read these articles, but don't have time to respond to counter arguments!
- Feeling Glucky?
he'd have to be able to come up with the response on his own.
the articles he cuts and pastes need to come with links to other articles to cut and paste in the event that you are challenged on the original cut and paste. |

My intention was to discuss the election on election night. Trump winning fuelled 160 additional pages unfortunately lol. |

If Hillary had won, he'd be posting endless conspiracy theories, and we'd still be calling him an idiot. |

I haven't gone back to the global warming hoax page after I nuked it. I know he made a new one, but I've got no desire to go into it.
I'll mock him in the threads that appear in my side bar, but I'm not searching him out by any means. Once this one is put down, all I'll have left is Leafs vs Sens... but he hasn't had much to say there. Today he posted Sens job opportunities. |

i give you leeway because i don't think you were familiar enough with this bumhole yet to know what a loser he is and that he'd make this out of the thread.
but i did roll my eyes and say "IDIOTS!" when i saw that you, bingo, and s2 recreated threads for him almost immediately after his old ones were deleted. twas just reactionary though. you know i love you guys. |

Probably heavier taxes to large corporations, since they're the ones who're going to be benefiting from automation. I'd also imagine you could cut some other programs, like welfare, and probably pull a good chunk of change away from the military. - Feeling Glucky?
you really think this is gonna be enough to provide each and every citizen with several thousand dollars each year for the entirety of their lives?
I mean the amount of money the gov would need to dish out is staggering
I'm sorry but this plan is retarded and it might be your worst leftist idea to date |

Yeah I'm not sure that taxing corporations more to pay everyone money from the government actually does anything other than ramp up inflation. |

I also don't think it should be for the entirety of their lives - adults are the ones entitled to it, and maybe they get a "bonus" for dependents. I do think having a financial safety net like this will help people start more small businesses - the types that automation and AI won't easily replace, and allow them to more healthily compete with bigger businesses.
I think there will be some inflation, but not a runaway cycle, we're not talking about a sum of money that means people never have to work again, we're talking about something that can supplement their other incomes. If companies start raising prices just because there's more money in the market, they're going to lose business to the companies that don't do that.
Now, lets operate under the assumption that AI and Automation are going to destroy the job market - because this is where I feel UBI would be needed - what fix do you see for what would be a massive rise in unemployment?
