Well this is dumb.

If someone can't afford to eat organic, ethically raised meat on a daily basis, then they can't talk about how climate change is a bad thing?

Personally, I think the argument should be made that we should all be upset at an economic system that pushes people to make decisions that are bad for the environment.

Being unable to afford it is one thing but there are millions who easily can but ignore the effects of it on the environment "because bacon." It has been my experience that some of the same people are the first to chastise someone who drives a gas guzzler when factory farming is the leading cause of climate change, deforestation and water wastage.

It also greatly hinders the ability to feed the poor.

We are all hypocrites I suppose.
