I don't see any real separation between the media and political parties – on both sides of the aisle.

So people correctly see the political party and media as one and the same imo; but usually only see the other side of the aisle as such.

Of course liberal news outlets such as CNN are breathlessly proclaiming that we are now “in Nixon territory”, but that isn’t accurate at all. There is absolutely no evidence that President Trump committed any crime, and there is absolutely nothing that warrants impeachment.

There is merit to the pollution one. So many double standards and misplaced outrage exist on the environmental front while ignoring other major contributors to climate change. It seems way easier to unite the right wing overall. Especially far right folks. Just pretend like you can make everything like 1950 again.

Actually in this case, it's not bailing the water out because you're pretending the other people aren't, when they're actually doing a whole lot. China is ramping up it's green energy industry, and Trump is just letting them be the leaders in that market.

Green energy is great for the economy. Even if other countries aren't doing as much as you'd like, there is an immediate and obvious benefit to switching over.
