The NHL has rescinded one of two game misconduct penalties issued to Ryan Miller on Saturday and he won't be suspended.

(2/2) Two game misconducts in one game is a minimum two-game suspension (Rule 403b). #Canucks

See the NHL hates us.

What really frosts my apples is I could see this coming two years ago but people being paid millions to see it can not? I don't think any professional manager could miss it. Something is going on that we haven't heard about. I'm pretty sure I can guess what it is and it has cost two years of wasted time and p1ss-poor decisions

Nah, it was retaliation and a blatant spear. Burrows will be receiving a call from Quintal.

For spearing?

By doing nothing the NHL has endorsed Kadri's predatory hit.

I am honestly looking forward to when the NHL loses its concussion lawsuit and has to pay hundreds of millions of dollars for their complete disregard for player safety.

Wondering if lack of enforcement has something to do with the lawsuit. No suspensions, no problems, less grounds for the lawsuit. The old, we aren't acknowledging there is an issue because there isn't an issue. la la la.

What could be bad, after the NHL loses the suit, is an over correction and players afraid to body check.

nhl is a joke.. how is there no suspension for the sedin hit.. oh ya the other guy played for the leafs. all the other stuff is nothing but direct head hunting and gets nothing is stupid
- mauryballstein

That's a joke. The NHL is so inconsistent and it really is a shame. Out if all the things that bother me it is the inconsistent rules that being the whole league down. From on ice calls, to even up calls, to discipline. It is so random

Today @ 1:15 PM ET
I have found it really hard watching the Canucks this year. It has been like watching paint dry. If they were winning it would be less painful but they are not.

Last night was the first game I have really enjoyed all year.

The Ottawa game when Canucks lost 1-0 and Sedins were playing keep away for the last 15 seconds was beyond annoying.

Last night was the first time the team bonded and goals were scored by paying the price in front.

It was a cheap stupid shot by Kadri but not the first time it has happened. Loved that Hansen and Miller jumped in. It's about time this team grew a pair of balls

I wonder if the Sedins are in a big decline or WD's system is killing them. Pp plan is terrible, no effective net presence, loui is stinking.

I hope it is the later but if you don't hit skate and shoot you aren't going to be very good....... God I have been drinking a lot . I hope the winning streak ends.....

I didn't think there was a suspension on the Kadri hit. I'm ok with his 5 min major. I'm also ok with Kadri facing on ice justice because he apparently has no respect. Why should he get any? If continues he like this, he'll be leaving the ice feet first eventually.
- boonerbuck

Much like with what we saw with Kesler the night before last. Everyone gets their up and commence eventually.

I dont think they are the problem they were always slow. They need to keep speed on their line.

WD sucks. 3 of us have been complaining about it for a couple years. I wanted him to adapt and get better as he was new to the NHL but it is quite clear that will never happen.

He had things going the first year though, but we definitely got to get rid of him now , though I hope we keep Jarvis. He is a good source for winning and experience.

Changing the coach won't accomplish a dam thing. No one is going to coach this team back to the playoffs. It's an absolute tire fire mix match of crap. Keep the coach and continue gutting the team. A complete rebuild is the only answer. Once you have that then you can focus on coaching
