That's good, but seriously no matter what all the arm chair Coaches, GM's Presidents harp on about, this team doesn't have the talent.
Do you guys really believe that every hockey analyst that is employed to analyze every team in the NHL just uses a crystal ball to determine Vancouver's abilities.
I can just see all the analyst sitting around saying you know guys if Willie is the coach Vancouver will suck and come in last, but wholly (frank) if Jarvis is the coach well this team is playoff stock, and who knows maybe Stanley Cup contenders, seriously .
I can understand the disillusionment with WD but there's a reason why all the paid hockey experts chose Vancouver as last or close to last, and it wasn't because of the present or future coach. - Makita

Joulevi will be solid for us one day but man could we use Tkachuk right now. After Daniel or left side blows. - Eldebrink
hopefully he is solid because he isnt exactly lighting it up right now |

His stats looks pretty good. Gotta remember London lost some high end talent to the NHL this year. Dvorak, Marner and Tkachuk. |

Jarvis as Interim, him and Benning have a good relationship. I like Maclean the WALRUS as an assistant, because he has some serious fire in him when things aren't going well and angry walruses are scary as hell.
Krueger if he came over would be my top choice... I thought he did alright in Edmonton before the Eakins tirefire. - VIRTBOHUT
I like Krueger....maclean is still in his job in anaheim I believe. |

we dont know the reason they said that actually. You cant say what it was or wasnt.
and we always say those experts are full of shi^t so why should we listen to them on anything with our team? |

I think you just don't see it. Not all people have the same ability to see how terrible the team is. Maybe it will take a little longer for you to get it. That's OK though, people have different skills (like your ability to pick up broads). It might take you a little longer than most but I think at some point you'll see it. |

It's irrelevant how much autonomy TL has. One has to think at some point Francesco is going to say "WTF is going on here, and how do you plan to fix it?" That fuse has to be getting short, regardless of his legacy. I wouldn't be surprised to see a resignation. |

I know I don't like Linden as the prez. I think a team should not hire a president who was freinds and linemates of half the team when he signed on. |

This is fair. Look what bringing in Lowe did for Edmonton. At least we are ahead of the curve by making him president right away. |

The only way he could save face is to resign, say he's going back to his other business interests. FA goes and hires a new super boss, and says fix it. |

Yeah I think it is time to bring in hockey people . Dale Tallon comes to mind. He is good at starting from scratch.
This draft doesn't seem like the best so if we sell off assets I would rather see them for top prospects than draft picks.
If we could replace Tanev for Trouba or pick up a Landeskog I would be much more interested in those kind of moves. It would be costly, but like I said I haven't heard many good things about the draft, nor bad things. |

JB said he's not giving up blue chip prospects, draft picks or core players. How do you make a deal? He's waiting for a deal to fall on his lap that suits his terms. Let us know how that works for you JB. |

He also said this was a playoff team. He also said that for the first time since he's been here he was sending actual NHL caliber players to Utica. He's said a lot of things. None of it is written in stone. |

Well core players is Bo and blue chip prospects are Demko Juolevi and Boeser. Everyone else should be fair game.
Just an example if Winnipeg traded Trouba for Tanev and Hansen.
Landeskog would be a lot higher and might be unattainable. I would look at one blockbuster to start.
I would also want to move contracts early especially Eriksson |

I thought we were a bubble team to make the playoffs. Now I realize we are the worst team in the league. |
