I would not have guessed that Burrows would be top 10 in Canucks all time goals.
Don't know if that's a good thing or a depressing thing. - dbot
He had a good stretch with the twins for four or five years. |

Markstroms standard 3 goals. We win in spite.
He gets first star for his 22 save night after letting in 3. Nice Garett |

On the same night that Eriksson scores his first goals since he scored on his own net almost a month ago. It's connected to the past, see...

4-2 didn't see that coming....that said, is 65 points still the target to beat? - LeftCoaster
I could, they havnt played that bad considering the brutal schedule done on purpose, just need some bounces like I said before, now lets see if the luck around the net continues there good defensively. |

Wow. What have you been watching? This is arguably the worst team I have seen iced in a lot of years. They have been good defensively though. |

In 1997/98 Keenan traded a bunch of veterans, Linden-Odjick-Sillinger-McLean-Babych-Gelina-Ledyard, for some young players, namely Bertuzzi, McCabe, Brad May & Geoff Sanderson. Then in 1998/99 Burke traded Bure for Jovo and in 1999/00 Burke traded 30 year old Mogilny for Brendan Morrison.
I wonder if there was no cap if we could still see this kind of movement? The cap killed the art of the hockey deal. |

Leafs would likely win the cup as they would throw money at it until they did. |

If you see the Laffs winning the cup ,my advice would be , be nice to your neighbor and avoid fire and brimstone in the sky. |

With no cap, they would throw 100+mil towards a team. That kind of money could win a cup. Detroit did it in the late 90's with a 70 million dollar team. or was that the early 2000's cup? |

It did. I believe it handicaps teams in to tanking. |

They tried that for decades, it doesn't work, you can't buy the Cup. Ok the Rangers did it once...but no one else has. |
