For what its worth, i dont think willie is a terrible coach. I think the choices hes made with some of the players he has have been poor, and hes been too stubborn to fix it.

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt for now, i think last year he had no choice but to put guys in spots they werent ready for due to injuries, but if he cant figure his poop out in the next month or so, id probably support giving him the boot
