Maroon is a (frank)ing gem. He and McDavid do wonderfully things together.

I can work from home (not all the time, but when it snows I usually just say "(frank) it" and stay in) but I get between nothing and next-to-nothing done. It pretty much consists of me logging on and periodically sending/responding to emails so it looks as if I'm doing things.

I would probably be unemployed if I had a job that required me to work from home all the time.

Also, now I want a banana split and some lox.

Yeah I think you just need to be a certain type of person. Me personally, I just need to be in the office. I already get distracted enough here, if I was doing this all at home and sitting on my couch or something I wouldn't get anything done.

None yet, but now that we're just a little over a week out, I'll probably start doing all sorts of unnecessary, obsessive compulsive preparation. I actually have about 9-10 goose floaters I need to string with weights, but other than that...I'm pretty much ready to go. The next week-or-so is going to feel as long as the entire offseason.

I actually do get quite a bit done but a lot of what I do isn't necessarily anything that has an "immediate" need to complete, it's a lot of bigger-picture long-term stuff. But now I am essentially going to be doing two jobs and managing the back-end of an entire new wing/department of our company.
