It happens in a lot of democratic states, Canada included, the Tories governed for years with a slim minority of the popular vote.

And as far as "a select few" the votes were around 60 million to 61 million, it wasn't a select few.

I altered the post prior to your response. The 91M non votes mostly came from the large population cneters and Coasts. Thats where they voted against Trump and you see the demonstrations. So the few battle ground states on electoral college map were the few that decided it and by a slim margin.

As for other democratic systems they don't have this electoral college the majority wins is the rule. In Canada we don't vote for the leader we vote locally and for the party.

truthfully when Benning first came on I was hopeful, they had a decent season, but after the playoff lose to Calgary, my mind was made up, they needed to rebuild.

My opinions are only getting stronger and stronger about this management and coaching staff as they continue to not do the obvious, which is selling assets at the deadline and rebuilding through the draft.
