Thanks bud, things are already having an impact on my home life. I've been offered relocation and my wife will not leave Victoria, so they have tentatively extended me to April 1st while we figure things out.

I agree wholeheartedly, but I have spent my entire life on the road, where it was 4 or 6 weeks on and the same off, but now it's 3 on and 1 off but the wage is phenomenal and pensionable, I look at it as short time sacrifice for long term gain.
