You just are clueless, Think everything is listed in the injury reports ? You have no idea. I played a season in University . Defensive line with two broken hands . A few shots before the game and hell of a wrap Job . Bobby Baun played with a Broken Leg for the Maple Leafs. Please don't assume you know anything about how different players deal with injuries and pain. You have no knowledge where Jack's recovery even is and how quickly he might be healing This one time playing sports at high levels where you feel loyalty to your team mates and seeing what those around you are doing does give you insight.
Just makes you feel important to be Debbie downer in here and carry on with your usual wild non fact based speculation . - Maximum Signal
No offense but a lot of football players play with broken arms .. I was saying could you give an example of this injury ? history has shown it takes a long time to get back .. I believe this is the same injury Joffrey L faced and he's not the same now

You just don't get it and never will . You just think too much of your own opinion sometimes real life experience counts . I have seen players come back from that injury way before projections . Amazing what a good tape job can do . In different sports . I lived with a Couple basketball players in University and saw on of them come back early from it to. .500 is unacceptable for the deals we have made and the players we have signed, I have been very positive about this team and I understand we have injuries but, we have to many 3rd and 4th line players on this team that can't score and the excuses are getting old. Enough with giving Girgensons " time" , he's had time, new coach, system is getting old also you're an NHL player enough already. - SABRES 89

Good Night - Maximum Signal
Mike Vogt, head athletic therapist for the Columbus Blue Jackets, points out that because 90 percent of a person’s body weight is supported by the tibia, the high-ankle sprain is much harder to heal than its low-ankle counterpart.
“We can tape you, we can brace you,” says Vogt of low-ankle sprains.
“But to keep those bones from separating with a high-ankle sprain is very difficult, it takes a lot of time for that ligament to heal because there’s a lot more pressure in that junction than there is lower down with other [regular] ligament sprains.”
Vogt likes to treat high-ankle sprains with a walking boot as scar tissue builds to reattach the ligaments. However, while ligaments stretch like an elastic band, scar tissue is more like paper and can rip. A player can often be feeling better as scar tissue repairs the ligaments, only to suffer a setback when the tissue tears. Over time, the scar tissue becomes more dynamic.
“They’re going to have those little tweaks, those little pops where you tear the scar tissue, then you move on,” says Vogt. “It’s part of the process.”

This team can be officially dubbed the "but they got a point" Sabres. 6 home games, 7 goals 1 win. Might be one of the most disappointing Sabres team ever.
