Yeah that's what I'm understanding now... Our employee handbook says one thing but I believe the state laws say otherwise and I assume the state law supersedes our employee handbook... I'm pretty much a dumbass when it comes to this poop. But I can read gooder.

Most states don't let regular people agree by contract to waive health protection rights they are given by law.

So if the handbook is different you might be able to ignore the handbook.

Go read the Jets blog. They are in trouble because they have too many good players pushing for roster spots.

Stafford, Perrault, Armia, Myers, Little all get hurt, yet Trouba, Copp, Dano, Connor just fill in where need be and they keep scoring goals.

That's the depth we should have. Now we are lost because Kane who once scored 30 goals 5 years ago got hurt, so we shouldn't expect 2 goals a game.

So are other teams.

I am not sure what you are looking for. We are a youngish team that is missing several top forwards and 2 of our top 4 defenseman (while already needing to add a top 4 D). We've struggled over the last 3 or 4 games - so what?

Eh, actually a few of us said that the sustainability of the wins against the Wild and Sens was probably not likely.

No matter how you slice it, my facebook feed is still full of Sabres tickets for sale for way too much money. I wouldn't want to see this in person unless it was free. Then maybe.

Too many people let it have too much of an impact on their mood/day to day lives. For me, it's entertainment and while much of it hasn't been very entertaining, I don't let it get to me.

I can't change it. So I don't let it bother me.
