Be pretty sad to create an adoring Lefty alt, you had quite a few here thinking it was Donna.

Way to go they will love it either way...congrats may you cherish them.... :
- Nuck4U

Thanks Nuck.

We had a blast. Thought I might lose him after the 2nd but the 3rd made up for it and the overtime was great. The goal horn got my kid every time. It's funny to see him jump that high.

On the way out of the building he turns and says to me "Dad, I want to be a hockey player". I know it's just a reaction to the game but for a second it choked me up. Weird.

I still maintain WD has had no real structure and the players look bad for it.
- thundachunk

Well I get what you are saying bough its improved from the past the structure ....

As for style it doesn't seem to be working for this team or today's NHL. Team speed wins games and gets offense going. Can't be perfect to defend that you need more of a balance for offense. When you don't get that balance in style and scoring chances you get don't work out players get more frustrated in trying to play catch up.

At least that's how it see,s in the sample size of this season. I don't know if this a WD issue because of the pressure to win or not. But something new needs to be tried as this is not working. The win was nice but poor goaltending helped more then the game plan or systems play.

You know with all this talk about everyone leaving America for Canada, I'm sure you could land a nice engineering gig in Philly, just a thought, a really, really good thought

Funny. If I actually had a say in what sport he would play, it would be golf. Long, long playing career. I can't think of another professional sport that pays millions to washed up former pros.

Canucks win. Lions win.
Stecher scores. What a day.

But Forsling just scored to ruin it.

Baseball....go with baseball. There's only 150 PGA tour cards a year, there's hundreds of baseball spots.
