Yup. We targeted smart forwards like Reinhart/O'Reilly/Okposo, but not so smart D men in Bogo, Kulikov, maybe even Gorges.

At the end of the day its about the 2 pts. Nobody looks back on pittsburgh's run and says things got better when they added the incredibly physical Phil Kessel.

Bylsma has a ridiculously hard system for defensemen. When the Pens traded Ben Lovejoy to the Ducks? I think, Lovejoy railed pretty hard on Bylsma's system for defensemen calling it overcomplicated and that it was his(Bylsma's) way or the highway. We also heard about his favoring older guys over young ones. Although Gionta has been the only healthy forward outside of Okposo who has consistently shown up. ROR gets a pass because he's been playing hurt, and he's still killing it on the dot.

NHLPA finalized list of guys who must be protected, not released yet but sounds like Bogo is on this list......(frank).

I'm all for physical guys, but goons are useless in today's game. Although, and just like I predicted when I called Reaves useless last night he went and put the dagger in with that really nice pass on the 3rd goal.

I think Bylsma needs to take the team up to Canada, land of the kind of legal prostitution, and get this team laid, they need some (frank)ing confidence for (frank)'s sake. And he might even save his own job in the process.
