I've walked everywhere in Ottawa pretty much, a work colleague told me about the SAQ depot in Gatineau and they give 15% off a case of wine, she thinks.

I rarely drink beer, but I heard about the Costco in Gatineau being the place to go, otherwise buy all your alcohol in Ottawa.
