Before the season, yeah, I'd still say that's too big of a risk. Now, it's tough, it's nigh on impossible to really evaluate what you have with all the injuries. And right now we have the highest amount of cap hit injured, and if you add Eichel's actual value it's not even close.

Yeah, and before the season started a lot of questions were asked about him, if he was too small, if he was ready for a full NHL workload, no one doubted his talent, just whether he could handle a full season in the NHL and it wasn't until right before the season started that he even made the team and wasn't sent back down.
