It was careless for sure, but I don't think it was dirty. He gave him a push, but it didn't look like he shoved too hard, and his immediate reaction was of the "oh, poop" variety. I would've liked a 5 minute penalty if only because of the carelessness and maybe you try and stop this type of play. It's not fine or suspension worthy though.

It's not really a cross check, he put his stick on Foligno's back and then pushed. It wasn't all one fluid motion where he hit him with the stick and then pushed through.
