Look, I don't have an Edler boner, or a Stecher hate on, I just call it like I see it. Stecher had the puck at the blue line on the boards and Edler was in the middle of the ice open for the pass, or ready to join the rush. Stecher tried to go up the boards and turned the puck over within 5' of the blue line. Turning the puck over there is a HUGE mistake. Sure, Edler went for a hip check and missed, but if Stecher makes a better play Edler is never in that position. |
