Loved the kids Rielly, Brownie and Marner straight in there.
Great character.
Kids played them hard tonight. Hopefully we won't have our fans or management female doging about that all week.
Hopefully no death threats are issued either.

If Vancouver traded Miller to Dallas they would have to trade back a high pick or a top prospect.
Vancouver would take on salary for either goalie for another year which is worth A LOT. |

Young vet RD cost a lot in today's NHL .... plus what Guddy lacks in offense he makes up in other intangibles ... hard to measure.... Would.be nice to have Macan but probably play on wing... they thought Granlund would be good enough to fill in.... so far looking good

Yeah, I disagree, I don't think he's brought any significant "intangibles" to this point. It is still early in the season, and like I've already said, I'm not unhappy about the trade, but to suggest that he is cementing the d-corps so far is silly. As much as people rag on him, Edler is still our best all round d-man. |
