Have you ever been to Dispenza's(sp) butcher shop? I believe it's out on 104 near Baer. They have a great meet department. But seriously their meat is awesome. My mom made beef stew last night for family dinner and the beef was so tender it just falls apart. It's hard to get on the fork, you just have to kind of scoop it up. I think she said it's on 104, it's not far from their house, and it's not on Lower Mountain.

It's like a greek pita, except instead of the greek dressing I use basil vinaigrette, and instead of pitas, I use tortillas.

I chop up the chicken into cubes, marinate it with some the vinaigrette and a little lemon juice, then put it in a tortilla with some feta, lettuce, and a little more vinaigrette over the top.

Boom. Greek tacos

edit: serve with a side of hint of lime tortilla chips, and you're good to go
