Have you ever been to Dispenza's(sp) butcher shop? I believe it's out on 104 near Baer. They have a great meet department. But seriously their meat is awesome. My mom made beef stew last night for family dinner and the beef was so tender it just falls apart. It's hard to get on the fork, you just have to kind of scoop it up. I think she said it's on 104, it's not far from their house, and it's not on Lower Mountain.

I think chicken is usually just chicken no matter where you get it, but their beef is spectacular. I'm not sure if we've ever had pork from there or not. They will also butcher your own livestock too. They even have someone there who does Halal butchering.
