I wouldn't say it's wildly inconsistent, in fact I'd say it's a little too consistent. No matter the situation, it's always defense first.

If Bylsma isn't the guy long term I'd like to give Girgensons one last shot under a new coach. This isn't some situation where I'm in love with the guy and need to "move on", in fact I think he's been terribly irrelevant this season and last. I just don't want to potentially dump him, then fire the coach anyway and see Girgs go on to be successful with a new coach.
