Let's get this clear. WD is not running the show. Its the twins team.

When someone asked Henrik a week ago about splitting the twins up he said no, that is not going to happen

And that right there is the reason why this team won't move forward until they are gone. It also tells us that the coach needs to go. If you are the leader/coach of a team and don't have the balls to to dicatate what's what, you need to go!

I just picked up Frolik and dropped Z. I'm assuming you have to add a D if you drop one right? And drop a Center you have to add a center?

No you don't have to. Can pick up what ever position you want.

You could have moved him to IR and not had to drop him.
