It probabaly had more to do with threatening violence upon someones person, If i'm not mistaken that is illegal.

Apparently here's the post:

"According to a TSN report, Sparks took offence to crude comments about a disabled person by users of a Facebook group for goalies and replied to one member: “I want to go to open hockey with you, drag you out to center ice and beat you into a (expletive) pulp until you can’t run that (expletive) little mouth of yours. God, you sound like a 13-year-old girl.”

Marwood would flag it and it would warrant a 24 hour ban on HB... but if my employer found out and suspended me over it.... fack me. Society needs to grow a thicker skin and start worrying about what really matters.
