Did Moulson get any 2nd team PP tonight? I feel bad for the guy - he is our leading scorer and second leading PP goal scorer in the league and he gets shuffled off to the 4th line with Grant.
Having said the above, the Sabres did score 3 PP goals tonight so Disco Dan's move was correct. I still feel bad for the guy. - SabreWest
He should at least be getting PP2 time though
and I'd like to see him back on O'Reilly's line
Or put Kane there & play Moulson with Eichel
He's one of the few guys that's actually been scoring for us

Okposo was a beast out there. Isles must be missing him. - sippyd
His game is just... nice. He does just about everything well. As advertised he doesn't play a physical game for a man his size but he doesn't shy away from it either. In a way he reminds me a lot of O'Reilly. Great pickup.

Almost, but some here are of the opinion that if you voted for Trump, your takes don't matter and you're subhuman, or something. Real deep thinkers here.

I sprint for 26 miles. I'm also from Nepal. I failed the NHL combine in my home country due to it not actually happening there. I can do at least 2 pull-ups (I'm looking at you, Sam Bennett), and I played in the "Q" so I know how to fight and curse in French.

What are the Canucks doing with Virtanen?
Earlier this month, Canucks recalled Virtanen from the Utica Comets after just two games. After sitting out as a healthy scratch for two games, Virtanen was demoted to Utica. Canucks head coach Willie Desjardins caused a collective head scratch when he tried to explain the rationale about sending Virtanen to Utica for just two games only to recall him to send him back down immediately.
“We were on the road, and so I don’t think he had any of his stuff,” Desjardins told The Province. “He needed to come back to get his stuff for us to kind of make a decision on where we’re going to go at with him. When you’re on the road you don’t have anything.
“If you’re going to go down for a while, you need to go back and get (your stuff).”
THe Hockey News asked Virtanen about the whirlwind odyssey between Vancouver and Utica. He said he was just following direct orders from his bosses.
"Honestly, I was just doing what I was told," Virtanen said.
"I wasn’t going to say much, but yeah, I didn’t play for a little bit there: two games on the road trip (against the Islanders and Rangers). Get sent down, play two games and then back to Vancouver, didn’t play and then sent back (to Utica).
"It’s just business and that’s just how things are going to work. I dunno exactly what (the plan is) they didn’t really communicate with me as much."
When asked to explain what "his stuff" meant, Virtanensaid he has no idea what Desjardins was talking about.
"I honestly have no idea, to be honest," Virtanen said.

Oh damn,
No one mess with this guy.
He'll kick you ass, then run a marathon and do it again.

It'll be O'Reilly... next year
And that's the right decision imo
Eichel doesn't need a "C" to produce
And I like ROR as a "leader"
Eichel will prob get an "A"
Maybe Okposo? - jdfitz77
I think Okposo would be up there for my list of captains, you can see how vocal he is on the ice and always rallies the troops together. For the C next year in this order:
ROR
Okposo
Eichel

You can see Jack giving players orders and pointing them to different locations on the ice.
