Much like how you're often missing on win nights. Funny how that goes...

I can now confidently say that this team won't make the playoffs without another notable change. Almost every single game against the bottom of the league has seen the team look bad. The Buffalo, Toronto (x2), Arizona (x2) and even Calgary (x2) games were all varying levels of suspect and those are games that this team has to be able to win. They've played well against a number of better teams which is a good sign, but for whatever reason they regress back into bad habits and garbage play. Begs the question of whether this might be a coaching issue of some sorts.

Also, how the team somehow manages to have such a horrendous home PP with their road PP chugging along the way it is remains a mystery.

I think there's still a notable change necessary and one of Nuge or Eberle will have to be on the way out to bring back the types of players we'd need.

Next game is crucial. Hall got a lot of points for the Oilers but little wins. Hope Mc David doesnt follow that path. Time to find out what kind of team we have and Captain. Way to many goals with no coverage in front. Whole team needs to step up. Lose three of the next five i would make a big trade. Mc David cant do everything, though it seems like it at times. Ebs, Nuge, Poo, way better then this.

40 of Klefbom's shots have come in 13 games (over 3 shots/game) on the road while only 20 have come in 11 games (not even 2 shots/game) at home. Either a mental thing or coaching isn't taking advantage of matchups well enough at home to maximize Klef's offensive skillset.

He also has 0 points and is -8 in 5 Tuesday games... don't know if that means anything.

Arizona twice, Toronto followed by Winnipeg and Anaheim (though I don't lump them in with the rest); that's a 5 game stretch that a legit playoff team pulls at least 7 or 8 points out of.
