i would be fine with losing ennis.. he is spoiled goods - IndianaSabresFan
Right and the cap relief that goes with it. I mean if we signed Stamkos this last season, I saw Ennis for a 6th round pick happening. |

Good point, i forgot about Ennis. At $4 million+ per year, he is too injury prone and not producing when he is playing

It is amazing what has happened to Ennis the past two years.
It's a decline unlike one I can remember for what had been an effective player. |

At this point in time, I would rather keep Moulson for another 2.5 years @ $5 million per vs Ennis for 3+ at $4 million per. To me, Moulson has played far better this year and he is second in the league in PP goals. When we get good, stick him on the 3rd or 4th line and give him some PP time. Plus he actually dresses and plays in games, unlike some of our other breakable players.

Feels weird being up there in PP goals . If we need 1-2 a game . So be it. Keep moulson out there any chance we can. 5v5 keep him on the bench and rested |

He's already there.
IMO, the only reason he was kept instead of a buyout was to help convince Okposo to sign here. He will be gone within a year.
If they can rid themselves of 9,26,63, and 47, that's 20 mil in space to add a serious difference maker (or 2) |

6 should be on this list before some of the others, even with the lower cap savings. |

Interesting stat on Ennis, he's taking 9.7 shots per 60 minutes this year, which is 41st in the league (obviously small sample with the injury)
Might be just on a bad, bad cold streak. |

He's a UFA after this year, so I wasn't figuring him in. I legitimately forgot about Gorges though too |

According to Disco Dan Lehner is lobbying to be the backup tomorrow. Hopefully this hip injury doesn't linger around. |

SURPRISE! Moulson only has 2.5 years left! - Lilroot9
Oh awesome. Maybe Vegas would be interested then for salary purposes. He's just an anchor out there 5 on 5 |

Thought he was getting better the more games he played. It wouldn't surprise me if he becomes relevant here or elsewhere in the near future. Another wait and see... |

Not sure if anyone else noticed this but it's put a little pep in my step today:
Anderson, on Eichel's goal, looked behind him three different directions...he literally had no idea the puck was even in.
News Flash:
Jack is back. |

Thank God, I didn't want to revisit the Lehner vs 1st Round discussion again with a new injury. The trade is what it is, glad to hear he's not out long term. |

you guys really escaped with those 2 points despite being badly outplayed but sometimes thats just the way she goes sometimes you get the bounces bubs and while jack had a good outing he completely disappeared last half of the game. jack is solid but elite? far from it. I still find it funny that the nhl played up the who will go first eichel or mcdavid |
