I think trying to find a Number 1 LHD this season isn't happening, though you didn't say that don't want to put words in your mouth.

Honestly, with Eichel back when he's on the ice, the puck possession has to be higher (pure assumption) that alone will make the D better.

Add a healthy Kuli and hopefully Bogo should make them better.

I think we have some decent assets to sell at the deadline and the playoff hunt kills that. As much as I want to see playoffs here this year, I rather see Nolan Patrick or that defenseman ranked at #2, plus having moved Gionta, Franson, and maybe Kuli and Nilsson also for picks/prospects. I wouldn't mind also seeing Kane, Ennis, Girgs, Bogo being moved if that can happen.

He has been pretty good. Has had some games that he is a complete beast...think it was a Stars game, that he shut down Benn Seguin not allowing them an 5v5 shot on net. Other games when he is a train wreck.

Its when he stops moving his feet that he has issues, when the guy is skating and engaged, he looks like a true top pairign guy. Hes only 20
