well I've not given up yet, I actually think he has done the smartest thing up to this point and pretty much kept his hands off.... but at some point you have to say are we going to get where we need to be....

the Bills need to clean house (totally) Front office down and start over. Sell, sell, sell, Hire someone from the collage ranks that knows how to build a program... (a Saban type... NOT SABAN) bottom out get a QB and START drafting smart football players, with speed. the first 4 years trading down in the draft and acquiring more picks.

Why would his coach throw him under the bus, to the press, a 20 yr old D, for one bad game? I knew that was after one game but coaches usually shelter their players unless they are making a habit of it; their message isn't getting through or something. Whatever, maybe he'll be a stud someday.

He doesnt give context. hes a professional troll who got fired from the Denver Post for sexually harassing women on twitter, then blaming his long road trips away from his family as the reason why.

He omitted Bednar sayign how Z is a big part of the core, has been playing really well, feels like his game was slipping a bit the past couple games, and wants him to take some time to watch his mistakes. Teach not punish.

You're a NHL team without a GM, you do all of your vetting promptly and thoroughly, it does not take you 2 months. Unless you have a hard time finding quality candidates.

My point in all of this is just to state that this wasn't an ideal situation for any GM to walk into regardless of how many "assets" this team had, it was a complete udder mess.

I think with your points I moved from about 2 today to a 5. Had a ton of "C" - "D" level talent in the prospect pool.

Granted, most GM's don't come into a situation like this with as many assets. I'm warming to your point of view, but I think you valued the individual assets much higher than other GM's.
