That photo link I posted earlier explains it. He can stay up for a maximum of 5 games as long as he only misses 1 junior game.
edit: But now that I looked the schedule up, they have games tonight and tomorrow. So it depends on whether they count the game tonight as one of the missed games.
Assuming the "one missed game" is tomorrows Raiders game, he would be eligible for the Boston game and the Capitals game

You're looking at the regular recall condition, emergency is the one with the star.

Have to paint a tall and big Foyer in my house today...and I have a pinched nerve in my neck causing pain and a decreased range of motion in my right arm...yes I'm right handed .... can't wait to see the results of my cutting in efforts, lol!
