25th in terms of PP, not where they stand in the league right now, we were talking PP right...you're changing the subject again
PP needs creative players with good hands, currently they have four players like that, and Sutter isn't one of them, he can be a net presence though. - LeftCoaster
We are also 25 th in the standings
Split the twins up on the PP then so it is not so predictable |

They have ran out the clock twice this year down by one goal with and empty net. Passing instead of shooting.
Don't get me wrong ,I agree that they are keeping this team respectable but WD needs to start handing out more responsibility to young players. - VANTEL
In all fairness Daniel did score on a slap shot last game.
I do think this team as a whole needs to slap the puck more. I hate the lame ass Edler wristers from the point. |

I think they also used CGI to populate the stands with the Leaf fans, because in person they weren't really any Leaf fans there at all, a guy was telling me. - Zezel
My buddy went to the game with 3 leaf fans. They sat together. Less fans in the stands means more opposing team fans in the stands. Its science. |

Yeah Daniel has been producing and so has Hank I know.
I remember I wrote the blog years back when Esplen was here about the problems this team would have when Sedins came down to their final years.
I knew back then this would happen.
I am not knocking them now as I did back then , but the complications was so foreseeable and they are now here.
They have done well for the city and deserve the respect so I will leave it at that, |

Most season ticket holders sell their tickets for 250 and up to Leaf fans . They also do it for the Habs and a few other teams to help pay for the season tickets |

Your buddy went to the game with very realistic CBC holograms lol...
Seriously though looked like a fun atmosphere there last night, good times. |

To be fair that slap shot didn't go straight in ...it was deflected and fluttered in
There's a chance it may have picked up speed tho |

I think for years now there has been large amount of leafs and habs fans at games in western Canada ...when they play once a year in your building it's the only chance for two of the largest fan bases who don't live in the east to see their team |

Its always been that way. Edmonton always seems to get a very large contingent as well. |

Here is a question for you? It will stir the pot a little. Which goalie do you move at TDL?
Demko is starting to heat up over in Utica . |

TBH I would rather Miller mentoring Demko if he is called up next year |

Linden did mention the possibility of re-signing Miller in the off season. |

The question should be do you let demko play two years in utica or one ? |

I could see it . If you could get him down to 4 mil it would be worth exploring . He is clearly WDs choice as the number one goalie. |
