Growing up just 15 mins from the Mosileum I went to more games there than at the Garden. All jokes aside I really liked that arena, I mean it was a dump to look at inside & out but for the important part, like ice surface, sight lines the place was great. And when full for Ranger/Isles games it was loud as hell.

Another great article Jan and couldn't agree more that the drop pass isn't working at all!!! One thing however even though I trust Groton what will the Rangers do with Shattenkirk who without any doubt wants to be a Ranger. What worries me if they don't wait until next year when they get Shattenkirk for FREE is who will they trade to obtain him? I keep hearing the name JT Miller and NO WAY should we trade JT or anyone of our starters to take him except maybe Lindberg, Fast, Clendening and pretty much anyone in our farm system! Other than that just wait when we get him for free!

Day has world class measurables. He's an elite skater, with a canon for a shot. The question will be whether the hockey smarts part of the game will come. I've heard a couple people that know him a little say he isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.
