I don't agree - Buffalo--Sabres
I don't think 15 or 16 beers a day is too many.
Just thinking it doesn't make me right. |

This post is fixed now. - Der Kaiser
They didn't change their style. The Capitals got more desperate. The Sabres didn't respond. They got outplayed in the last half of the third, plain and simple. |

I think Bylsma has done a pretty good job this year. We have 1 freaking goal between Risto and Kane, which are two people playing almost 20 minutes a night. We have 1 total goal from the ratchet-ass defense corp. Murray built.
Bylsma has relied on Risto, Lehner, Okposo, O'Reilly and Nilsson to salvage any points this team has got
(and Eichel for 2 games) |

I don't agree. They did get outplayed, but it was because they allowed the Caps to bring the play to them. |

I am neither approving nor disapproving of the job Bylsma has done this year (though I did say he might need to be canned after the Tampa game last month). However, coaching was absolutely not the reason they lost tonight. |

The Sabres still had scoring chances in the latter half of the third. It's not like they skated the puck to center and dumped it in every chance they got. They simply got beat by a better team that was sleepwalking during the first 45 minutes or so of play. |

Same way they did to the Raiders. Rex's D works great when team's are huddling up like its 1985, but as soon as offenses start speeding it up and the D players don't get time to get their assignments straight, even Fitzpatrick can look like Montana. Rex has gotta go. |

I like Carrier's game. Think he definitely has a future, but 1 assist in about 5 games playing on the top line, you'd think someone else would get a chance. Play 28 there, see if he can pump up his trade value even slightly. |

he played 82 last year - sbroads24
For the first time in his career. He missed 17, 21, 3, 7, 29, 0 and 8 so far. So 3 out of 7 relatively healthy seasons. That's not great. I would trade Sam for Hall right now, and anyone but Jack and Risto overall. |

shows you how bad our coach is, girgens gets off the snide and pops a goal early in the game
his reward, 8 minutes of ice time
one thing I can say when Lindy was a coach, he rewarded an early goal for the 4th line with a few extra shifts |

The game had it's ups and downs, the last 10 minute-ish were down.
That is ridiculous. They should bump him up with ROR and Okposo for a few games. |
