Does anyone have a recommendation for a place near the arena (walking distance) where I can get a beer and a sandwich with my buddy? Hoping to hang for a bit instead of eating at my seat. I called a few of the bigger spots and they said that they expect to be packed tonight.

I'd go a bit further up (near Chippewa, lots of restaurants up there) and then just jump on the pathetic thing we call a "subway" and take that down to the arena. It's free from Fountain Plaza (where you'd get on probably) all the way down to the arena.

I also see William freaking Carrier playing on our top line, Evander freaking Kane on our second line, and Jake McCabe as our 2nd D man.

Washington Square is good eats. And walking distance. Normally packed but not too long to get a table, people leave after they eat. Not really a hang out at the table spot.

Would you rather have McCabe their or Gorges.... I am ok with Jake being with Risto.

Bogo I think everyone is on board with, but I thought Kulikov was playing some decent hockey when he was in there, no? I mean he shouldn't be a top pair, but if you have him alongside Risto and McCabe on the 2nd pair it at least evens it out a little more. Didn't think Kulikov had been deemed mediocre yet.

I wasn't opposed to it . Too many fans want the complete 200' player and I say F that. Get a few scorers and let the D and goalie do their job.

All Sbroads needs to know is that he's a Murray guy. That automatically equates to mediocre, at best, not good enough, and hopeless.

There are selected advanced stats for every player that will bear him out. Unless there aren't and then he'll use select basic stats.

Might be true, but I guess the point is dump who ever and I would think that young players will make mistakes and since we score so little, can't see us winning much (without Eichel). I better use would be to dump Kane, Girgensons and Ennis.
