Good take on the Larsen hit. Clean, unfortunate, part of hockey. |

Yup. |

Cordell how dare you besmirch the majestic deity that is Larsson with your filthy, heresy laden rhetoric!
Should Larsson in his great wisdom choose to strike you down, it would be far too kind a fate. |

Todd Cordell: The streak is over! - Todd.Cordell
And following up from a previous post, on the Sedin goal Greene was planted right in front of Schneider. No way he saw it. Between that and the failure to clear the puck on the 5-on-3, this was once again not Greene's best game. |

Larsson was knocked out because of his helmet-to-ice contact. Hall didn't knock him out, unfortunately the hit slipped his feet forward and head back, so his head was the first thing that hit the ice.
Stupid players rushing without checking on their guy.. you can see Larson got an extra skate or two to the head before being saved by the goalie. |

what leads you to believe he was knocked out with his head hitting the ice and not on the hit itself. He looks to go pretty rigid after making contact with Hall. I am not saying that means Hall delivered a head shot or it was not clean, but I firmly believe, given the video's, that Larsen was knocked out with the contact from Hall. |

I'm worried Wood will turn into a Grabner type player who can get breakaways for days but can't score on them. We'll see. Grabner has like 13 goals this year anyway. |

I'd be happy with Michael Grabner or Carl Hagelin potential. |

Yeah, anytime you get an NHL player out of a 4th round pick, that's a win. |

Wonder if they ever try Wood with Hall to make a breakout line... |

Hmm on second thought that would be far from the end of the world. Still, the guy has so much potential if he can start consistently converting. |

He would of had his second goal of the season last night it was for that poke check by the goalie |
