Tkachuk hasnt proven he will be better in the long term

The canucks are absolute trash. The upside of both players is incredibly high.

So no we didn't chose the wrong player.

Unless we get 1st overall (but somehow Arizona seems determined to earn that one).
Forwards are easier to develop, i would love to have a team with really solid D that opened up that space in the offensive zone.

I'd love to add another D to our stable. If we draft a few now then over the next couple of drafts we can focus up front.
