I think it is almost time to embrace who we are. We are sitting 3 points out of last and have played 2 more games than most teams.

We should be getting a top 4 pick , the 31 st pick .the 56 th pick from CBJ and the 61 st .

I think we've already seen that with Benning's drafting. In three drafts, two years, he's produced as many prospects as Nonis and Gillis combined.

I don't mean he's going to be as good or better then them, just saying that's his style of play.

I don't know how to explain it properly but I believe there is two ways to lose -

The bad way is fighting a losing cause. It's admirable but distracts from focusing on the obtainable goal.

The good way is to lose with a purpose. The end result is beneficial so it becomes one element in your plan to be dominant in the future.

Last summer I was one of the wild card hopefuls, but I'm not sure where all the scoring has gone. Did we expect too much from too many players? Is it because of a new d system that focuses more on defense than pushing the play offensively?

Virtanen's all developed now. He's ready to put this team on his back and skate it into the playoffs. He's also picked up some tips from Travis Green, so he's going to be helping WD behind the bench as well.

I would like to see a new coach brought in before the summer so that coach can make their own assessment of who is and isn't ready for next season.

IF they are truly going to help themselves (management) if they do get clb pick then another first in the 20-30 for someone like Hansen or a sbisa and granlund combo.

Olson started on fire and has about 5 points in the past 20 games, its slightly worried considering Niell is on pace for 80 points!

Management kind of putting the writing on the wall when they asked the coaching group to play a more defensive game this season. I think they knew even with the additions that the team wasn't going to score more.
