Do you think it matters who you bring in( coaching or players)?
Players like Bonino Vrbata Weise Kasian all have seemed to flourish once they leave here .
Same as Sullivan Torts AV and now Gully

Were all here for a year or two of WD. Then left and Flourished.
This team with AV went to cup finals, won president's trophies. Also had players come in every season and do well.
Torts wanted a younger faster team to coach. Van didn't have that, so his system wasn't going to work. Now in Columbus with younger and faster, his systems are showing. |

I dont disagree one bit, but the soundbites he gives (as much as they mean nothing) are just subtle comments that I think management uses to consider how the room feels about WD. The moment they should defeated or giving up, Willie has lost the room and is gone. But like I said, it might not matter tonight, that was a pretty bad stretch to start the 3rd |

It's crap.
A coach comes in here tells them to play a certain way and gets run out of town. He didn't want Prima fricken Donnas on the team he wanted a team. The Country Club went crying to ownership and he was canned.
He did the same in Columbus and got rid of their top player and look at the team now.
The players run the show here so it doesn't matter who you bring in until they are gone.
