What would be the point? Do you honestly think that a different coach is going to have markedly different results? Why do I bother asking, of course you do...

It's not the same. Keenan was hated. WD is not the players are doing what he says. The question is are they doing it badly or is it the wrong thing to do? I say a bit of both. You can't get rid of the whole team so easily like the coach. But change is needed. At least in The Who and How.
