I see a few pieces, and a few average ones people think are building blocks

What I see is a team that has a cheap bottom 6 ready to go a early as next year, and ditto a cheap pair of young quality D.

What they are lacking is what everyone sees: another game changing forward and game changing defenseman.

Could Nylander be that forward? Maybe.

If they could add one of each of what they need, they'd be legit.

Clearly it's not going to be easy.

Clearly there is some talent in Rochester...it just needs some more time to develop... baptiste, nylander, bailey, fasching ullmark

It is absolutely possible that Nylander and Guhle will be that for them, however, if they are able to add the impact D and F while keeping both Guhle and Nylander, they'd be in a great situation.

Guhle is one more d-man, but he is going to need one more year in Rochester next year ( if they are smart)

I'm still not sure what Reinhart is going to be, originally I thought Adam Oates type, a lot of assists, good def...

But the last month I've seen. Him carry the puck more and he is starting to win some battles on the boards.... not counting him out as an impact player yet...
