I don't get why everybody is so over protective over anyone saying anything negative about Sam Reinhart. Up to this point there are a handful of players drafted after him that are outperforming him. Things can still change in the future but right now he isn't the top forward from his class.
I'm off to bed.
Not my 2nd overall pick
edit: for the record Reinhart was who I wanted at #1 or #2 - chilliard77
Right now I'm a little irritated because everyone said that draft was going to be the weakest it looks like one of the strongest right now

All I'm saying is no way a guy who was drafted 25th overall should've been drafted 2nd. And you shouldn't be pissed the team didn't draft them. Top 4 or 5? That's a different story.

It literally means nothing for our "scout" general manager. He's European, unless they're Ovechkin, Malkin, or Laine they're not going that high. - Wetbandit1
If he ends up like tank everyone's gonna look dumb
But like I said about Nylander i'm not expecting his numbers to jump until next year or the 3rd year
i'm kind of shocked he's producing at this rate - GERBE!!!75PTS
I wasn't looking for him, he caught my eye...multiple times. He made the play that got Catenacci his marker don't know if he got the assist or not. I've heard the same about him though, that he's a bust, and he certainly didn't produce well last year in junior. But hey he's 20, someone has to be a late bloomer.
Nylander is a good skater and passing is solid, but still real weak on the puck. He's got to get stronger.
Bailey, Baptiste, and Karabachek looked the best. Austin isn't very good and unfortunately I don't think Nelson is going to pan out. - RhinoFan
I'm not worried about Nelson, he was free. If he works, great, if not, oh well. All we wasted was a contract. And even then we currently have room for 7 more, so it doesn't even make that difference.

Nylander will get it, the tools are there - RhinoFan
did he just get called up for this game btw ? all I remember with him this year is themsending him to the ECHL ugh hope you're right
but if you can't produce in the Q every year I don't think there's very much luck for him
