The answer IMO, is D, not enough defensive scoring, and E, not enough Top 6 talent in general.

Coaching is a tough call. We have scored more since Eichel has been back, but also have given up more goals. I don't think Bylsma was holding us back, I think he realized we were limited without 15

Replace both Bogo and Kulikov at seasons end, and attempt to bring in another 40 pt D man.

Whether that's Barrie, Shattenkirk, Faulk, Fowler, whoever.

Also, give Baptiste his opportunity with talent. If that doesn't work, try Bailey, if that doesn't, try Fasching, if none of the above produce, plan on making a move for a top 6 player.

I think at the very least, Bailey, Baptiste, Fasching, Foligno, Larsson, Kane, Carrier all make a good bottom 6 talent going forward.

They all kind of float around. Duchene was just put back at center last game after time on the right side. He's like ROR, he can play the wing, but would much rather play center.

I think Shattenkirk is the least realistic option.

Maybe someone low-key for the 3rd pair like Weircoch, Del Zotto, Wideman (Chris) could generate some scoring. All 3 are top 30 in P/60 for D men
