I went to The Peg in early October on business. Stayed right dead smack in the middle of the city. What a shyte hole !! Winnipeg looks like a rundown town out of the mid 80's. The rift raft hanging around was something else !
Not sure how they hang onto their elite star players ! - MountAlbert

You can hang out here. I don't blame you for wanting to avoid the Nucks thread. Scabeh is here all the time, and we've all come to accept it.
TBH you sounded like you were trolling when you first posted, mainly because everyone here had to deal with chirps on account of Laine being on fire while Matthews was in a bit of a rut. Now that he's back rolling again there hasn't been much talk of that nature. - WingmanWillie
I guess I'll go (frank) myself. |

Carrick didn't have the greatest game vs Pitts. At least not the 1st 1/2 of the game. Could be the reason he's sitting and Corrado in. ( if that's true ) |

With regard to this whole young player conversation thing going on, I really don't think Pastrnak is getting anywhere near the credit he deserves for this season. I'm not saying he's in the likes of Laine, Matthews, or Marner but the kid is played off his ass with a slumping Bergeron (seriously, he looks like a shell of himself. wonder what's going on) and Marchand. Then they shuffled him over to Krejci's line, which was playing like garbage and still continued to produce.
soooo point being, you can have him for Gardiner, Sosh, and 3rd |

The fact that Pasta was drafted so late, and is doing so well is a huge boon to the Bruins moving forward.
it sure makes losing Dougie and Tyler a bit easier to stomach when you can snipe gems lower in the draft round |

Without a doubt - not to mention the other two picks they got from that trade (Lauzon and Forsbacka-Karlsson) seem to be 2nd round gems. Then whatever Senyshyn turns out to be. |
