The Jinx. Netflix?

The thing about Making a Murderer, was I ruined it inadvertently a few years back. I was reading Cracked and they had an article about people getting put in jail for bogus claims only to (frank) up worse when they got out. The autotrader mention brought it all back.

- senstroll

Rielly on his worst day is better than jake

Zaitsev is a steal

Unfortunately, this year he has proven this not to be the case. I agree with most though, that he is being thrust into a position he probably shouldn't be in right now. He is young and talented and most likely will turn it around, but parts of this season have been really bad.

You see the Amanda Knox netflix piece? Our justice system in the US is (frank)ed, but my God that frightened me.
- RickJames77

nope..will check it out. thanks

But have to agree if you have little resources...you are in big trouble if you get accused of anything.

No kidding. That's one of those one's where I think nobody apart from those involved will truly know what happened because of how badly the police botched the case.

This one is in Italy - not sure if you're familiar with the trial at all or not, but it was a huge deal in the States because it was an American Teenager or early 20yo student studying abroad that was charged.

Also big deal in ENG too because the victim was British.

Yup. Sounds at the moment to be similar to the one in France a few months back.

I'm not a doctor (a legit one Lums ) but they don't necessarily take the blood out with a syringe and then plunge it into a container. There are vials that I've had done of me that are capped and wouldn't have a hole for any reason. I just don't know the particulars around how they work.

No, I was under the impression that they put the blood in, then would put the rubber top on it. But I guess if it wasn't a big deal to them, maybe you're right. Then again, the seals were cut as well.

Not really.

The need to ensure that everybody follows the same religion as you, and smiting all those that don't...? Well, that's more of a problem. If people just followed their own beliefs (within reason) and didn't try to inflict it upon others, then we'd be in a better place.
