As far as Hamilton, his price was steep at 15th overall, 45th and 52nd overall picks for him, dont know that we had that kind of ammo to do so.

Petry, that was last year and he netted a second rounder. OK deal for that, I guess. (for a 29 year old, as we would want a younger guy)

I dont think getting Wiercoch or Petry would make Sabres fans that happy, Hamilton, of course it would but the cost would be high.

I will say that even though these jersey's are China knockoffs, holy crap are they good knockoffs! Unless you really examine them thoroughly you can't tell they're not legit. They are high-quality.

Even Edmonton and Toronto? I like theirs a little better.

yea I am not so sure how good he will be, even being a high pick. I like to think that the youngest brother will be the best (we have Reinhart and Nylander, so crossing my fingers), but if that tells you anything...

I want to say the youngest is the best because he always had to play "up" to his brothers when growing up, but who knows.

I agree. I think the captain should be between Risto and O'reilly. I don't think eichel will ever be that super strong 2 way player, he makes me think of a kane type of player. Very valuable and very good, but for captain material, consistency in all situations is key. O'Reilly would be a great natural pick for a captain. Simply put, Canadian players make the best captains in this league.

While Risto is without a doubt having a good stretch, and improving significantly with McCabe, I think he will come back to earth from his hot streak.

He has the same amount of 5 on 5 points as Mark Pysyk.

I think he's looking like a legit #1 lately, but we will see if it lasts, or if he can improve from an even strength aspect.

I don't know if it's the team needing 5 on 5 improvement, or if Risto improves 5 on 5, the team will follow. It's chicken and egg because he plays so many minutes
