The only other thing I can suggest if you need it by Christmas would be to contact Dave and Adams and see if they still have any Leino (I believe Leino also wore 15 before jack) jersey's in kids sizes. If they do, you can probably get one dirt cheap. Then take it to the arena, to the merchandise shop they have there, and they will switch the name tags out for a few bucks.
