For the rest of this season maybe Baptiste could pick up a bit of slack in the top 6. Maybe Kane is really starting to hit his stride with us. Eventually, I think Asplund could be a nice complementary player like Reinhart.

risto, Linholm, McCabe, Guhle, Bogo, KUli gets us in the playoffs for the foreseeable future.

The only way I trade Reinhart is in a package for a more productive, dynamic, fast forward. I get the D another way. This team was anemic in goal scoring when Jack was out and it's not like they are stacked at forward with Carrier and now Foligno playing in the top 6.

No way. He'll get like $2.5M and like it. And even then I wouldn't want to go much past $2M for him. He's a 3rd liner you can't be paying any more than that for one. And then he can be the only one at that price, the others have to be half that.

I think it would have looked better here if he had somebody to compliment his game. It always felt like he was just another soft euro d (darcy was trying to collect a whole set apparently- you could make the argument that it could have worked, but it didnt). I remember watching him play with chara in the olympics and damned if he wasnt better than him.
