i will agree with this.. i too am on my phone all the time at work.

i can't believe the days back when i had to page the field guys to tell them about a change in there daily schedule. they had to find a pay phone and call the office.. then i had to verbally give them directions instead of just an address they could look up..

I go to Wegmans for things that are in Wegmans. If I can't find them, I ask the dude and he takes me to where it is, or he looks it up on the Wegmans computer - and that's exactly how it works at Target, and Home Depot, and the hardware stores, and auto parts stores, and all the other places I shop.
