it's a pretty good pace...in the last piece I looked at records with a healthy d-corps, during the November funk and after the return of Eichel...

imo, we got dragged down deep into the abyss with all the injuries and it warped our perception of what this team has to offer...not perfect by any means, but a very talented group that's looking like it will only get better

If I am trying to make the playoffs this year and really make a run next, I think you add a true scoring winger.

With Guhle (I know he is young but he looks ready) and the first pairing of McCabe and Risto (McCabe has settled in after his first rough game with Risto) you then have a pairing of one of Bogo/Kulikov with Guhle and then a 3rd pairing of Fedun and Gorges. I think Fedun should be here.

Or make a trade for the top 6 winger and go after Shattenkirk in free agency (going to have to move Bogo and Ennis to make it fit but it's possible)

The trade would be something like Nylander or Baptiste or Fasching plus a 1st
Ennis gets you a third
Bogo gets you a D prospect and a 3rd
Moulson goes to Vegas
